Organic is how we grow. Here's exactly what that means.

No vague promises. Ask us about any of these, or come and see the farm.

01

No synthetic sprays

No synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers. Ever.

02

Land kept apart

We're seeking land on North Caicos away from conventional farms, so no spray drifts onto our crops.

03

Picked ripe

Harvested at peak, not early, because it only travels across the islands.

04

Certification underway

We're working through independent organic certification now.

Our story

Why grow fruit on North Caicos?

Almost everything on TCI shelves is imported, picked early and shipped for weeks. North Caicos, the Garden Island, has the soil and sun to do better. Turks Harvest was started to put fruit on island tables that's grown here, picked ripe, and grown organically.

Founder Daryl Fiset has been training specifically in organic farming in Pak Chong, Thailand, one of the best places in the world to be immersed in it. He farms at Harmony Life Organic Farm at the foot of the Khao Yai mountains, a certified organic, government-designated model farm that exports worldwide. He works alongside university organic farming technicians, on farms growing everything from organic turmeric and ginger for teas to crops for natural cosmetics.

He's bringing those proven tropical methods home to the Turks and Caicos, to grow fruit the islands can be proud of.
